Everyday Jewelry
I haven’t made a jewelry post in awhile. The last time was back in March… Anyways, I’ve been getting random comments on some of my day to day jewels and figured I’d share where they come from! I’m not one to spend a ridiculous amount of money on jewelry. I have a pretty good habit of miss placing jewelry if I have too many pieces, or even when I don’t, so I try to keep it to the basics. One thing I rarely wear are necklaces. I always think I need to buy them and then they hang nicely in my room… used maybe twice.
One of the first things you’ll probably notice is that I have three watches, all from American Eagle. I absolutely love these watches and have been wearing one of them almost every day for the past few months. The white one is from last year (or maybe spring/summer) but there are now similar ones available. The silver (with rose) and gold watches are from this season though. The selection online isn’t too great but there are many others in store. (Also, I am aware that all of them say a different time… ops! I try to always set them a good 10-15 minutes fast… not like that helps me get anywhere on time though.)
Anyways, next up… my rings? They are probably my favorite items out of all of my daily jewelry. The silver “Bella” ring from Zale’s I usually don’t wear on a daily basis. I love the ring, yes it’s inspiration is from the Twilight series – I don’t care, but it is a little on the big side so it can look a little odd if I wear it on a more casual day. Either way, it’s a great ring and extremely durable which is necessary with how much wear and tear I do to my jewelry! The other two rings you may recognize from a more recent post from Boston. I love both of these little beauties and wear them both on a daily basis. My Tiffany’s ring I wear every single day and could not be happier. I’ve wanted this ring for a while now! It’s super simple but perfect. As for the gold ring, I love that one as well. Unfortunately, I purchased it from a little boutique in Boston and really don’t know much about the make of the ring.
Lastly, we have my bracelet which I actually blogged about in one of my first ever posts! It was also one of my first purchases – ever – from an Etsy shop! A lot of big firsts there. Anyways, it’s one of my favorites but unfortunately is not standing up too well to the test of time. It is gold plated and the original coating is starting wear but it’s still one of my favorite pieces!
So, there you have it. A little insight to my daily favorites. Any suggestions to what I should check out next?
