May 2012 : 101 in 1001

I can’t believe another month has gone by and it’s time for my 101 in 1001 recap! I’m excited though because May ended up turning out – a lot – different than I originally planned! My completed list may look small but three of the things I completed were big so I’ll take quality over quantity any day! Here we go…

61. Decide if I would like to open an Etsy Shop {Completed 5/31/2012}
I finally did it! After months of talk, I did a soft open of my Etsy Shop. I am super excited and can’t wait to add more items!

101. Sponsor a Child {Completed 5/2012}
I have already made a pretty long post here about this 101 in 1001 item! I am so excited and am actually working on Ann’s letter today!

58. Organize all of my important papers {Completed 5/2012}
This seems like such a ridiculous thing to put on a 101 in 1001 but, boy, were they a mess! Not anymore!

36. Buy a Car {Completed 5/28/2012}
Yea, that’s right! I bought a new car on Memorial Day! I definitely wasn’t planning on it until a few weeks ago when I decided it was time! Got myself a beautiful Subaru Legacy and I could not be happier!

So, there you have my May 101 wrap up! Overall, it was a great month and I am very happy with the items that I accomplished! On top of those big goals, I’m still working on watching 50 new movies, completing 10 DIY projects from my Pinterest (DIY sugar scrub and vanilla extract above), and trying 25 new recipes from Pinterest.
